Job Summary

The Senior Consultant will lead business process transformation projects using the ARIS platform in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves process modeling, mining, workflow automation, and delivering technical solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, modeling, and improvement of business processes with ARIS.
• Design and implement ARIS solutions including Process Design, Governance, Reporting, Dashboards, and Process Mining.
• Develop ARIS reports, macros, and custom solutions using JavaScript and ARIS APIs.
• Conduct process mining to identify bottlenecks, variations, compliance issues, and optimization opportunities.
• Create dashboards and analytical solutions using ARIS Dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Perform data analysis, transformation, validation, and modeling to support process intelligence.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and interview stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, troubleshooting, and support integrations with enterprise systems.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in BPM, Process Intelligence, Business Analysis, or related areas.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ARIS platform.
• Strong skills in ARIS Process Design, Reporting, JavaScript development, and Process Governance (APG).
• Experience with ARIS Dashboards, business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), and Process Mining.
• Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and advanced Excel features.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and work directly with customers.

Nice to haves

• Experience in enterprise BPM or digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
• Experience with workflow, process governance, or Enterprise Architecture solutions.
• Experience integrating ARIS with enterprise applications and supporting pre-sales activities.
