Job Summary

The Customer Success Manager at MOZN manages the entire customer journey for key accounts, focusing on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities in collaboration with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from contract signing through adoption and growth phases.
• Act as the main operational contact for customers.
• Create and implement customer success plans aligned with business and regulatory goals.
• Lead regular calls, health assessments, and Executive Business Reviews.
• Track and manage customer health using KPIs such as TTFV, usage, health score, CSAT, and NPS.
• Identify churn risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive adoption of FOCAL within the agreed scope and support workflow optimization.
• Identify expansion, upsell, or cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to pursue them.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in Customer Success or strategic account management.
• Experience handling complex, enterprise, or regulated customers.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Proven ability to manage risk, adoption, and customer outcomes.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce and customer success tools.
