Job Summary

This role provides expert technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure services, assists in project implementation, and collaborates to enhance infrastructure performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced technical support for infrastructure services and address complex issues.
• Support the execution of infrastructure projects and assigned tasks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to maintain optimal operation.
• Work with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and solve technical problems.
• Contribute to infrastructure documentation, including incident and configuration reports.
• Utilize deep technical expertise to resolve complex infrastructure challenges.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Skills in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to haves

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+.
