Job Summary
The OutSystems Developer, Senior Tech Lead at Adree is responsible for designing, building, and managing the delivery of enterprise-level digital solutions using the OutSystems platform. This role acts as the primary technical expert, guiding development teams and ensuring applications meet architectural and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor OutSystems developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable OutSystems applications for Reactive Web and Mobile using the 4-Layer Architecture.
- Architect and implement complex integrations with external systems, databases, APIs (REST/SOAP), and platforms like Creatio CRM and .NET backends.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and deployment via CI/CD pipelines in OutSystems Service Studio and LifeTime.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UI/UX designers to convert requirements into technical specifications and estimate development efforts.
- Resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and critical production problems across environments.
- Implement security standards including Access Control, Data Encryption, and OWASP top 10 mitigations within OutSystems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years in software development with at least 4 years hands-on experience building enterprise applications on OutSystems.
- Experience leading technical teams or serving as Tech Lead/Architect in Agile settings.
- Expert knowledge of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Service Center, and LifeTime.
- Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture patterns, refactoring, and database modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL Server/Oracle database design, stored procedures, and optimization.
- Good knowledge of .NET (C#) for custom extensions.
- Solid grasp of Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing infrastructure, performance, or integration issues.
- Leadership and communication skills to mentor and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
