Job Summary

The META Clinical Application Specialist develops and delivers clinical education to customers, supports clinical procedures, and provides technical assistance to optimize equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical education sessions following organizational standards and product-specific materials.
• Advise customers on best clinical procedures and protocols to enhance equipment effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide first and second-line support to clinical support associates and customers, offering expertise as needed.
• Operate under general supervision, using independent judgment within established policies to ensure compliance and performance.
• Resolve medium complexity requests by applying analytical skills and judgment within defined procedures.
• Participate in handling customer escalations, complaints, and feedback, following agreed protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to address customer issues and improve products.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, clinical applications, and industry standards to support customers effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Medical Industry, Clinical Support, Healthcare, Customer Service or equivalent.

What the company offers
