مهندس طرق أول (Senior Roads Engineer)

Job Summary

The Senior Roads Engineer will lead the design and planning of roads and highways for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local standards and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee road and highway projects including geometric, traffic, grading, intersections, junctions, and pavement design.
• Conduct and review engineering analyses such as road geometry, horizontal and vertical alignment, grading, and pavement design.
• Ensure road designs meet local regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to integrate road systems into overall project designs.
• Coordinate road levels, corridors, crossings, junctions, and interfaces with other infrastructure disciplines.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans, and documentation.
• Review technical deliverables from engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
• Engage with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects focused on roads and highways.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of road and highway design and construction practices.
• Familiarity with KSA codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking software.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
