UI UX (Senior/ Assistant Manager)

Job Summary

The UI/UX Senior/Assistant Manager at Arabic.AI leads the design strategy and team for user experience and interface across digital and AI platforms, focusing on human-centered and innovative designs that improve usability and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the UI/UX vision and strategy for web, mobile, and AI-driven applications.
• Lead design efforts for AI features such as natural language processing tools and intelligent automation.
• Develop and maintain the company’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Manage and mentor UI/UX designers and researchers, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
• Oversee design workflows to ensure timely delivery of quality design assets.
• Direct the full design process from discovery to prototypes, aligning with business and AI product goals.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to create user-friendly interfaces for complex AI models.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback and optimize AI-powered user journeys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience designing for AI or data-driven platforms such as chatbots and recommendation systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Familiarity with user research and behavioral analytics tools including Hotjar, Maze, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience working in agile environments and delivering results in iterative cycles.
• A portfolio demonstrating leadership in complex, scalable design systems focused on intelligent and automated interfaces.
