Senior Manager – Development Business Solutions

Job Summary

The Senior Manager – Development Business Solutions Design & Delivery leads the creation and implementation of customized technology solutions and process automations throughout the property development lifecycle. This role focuses on integrating enterprise software with real estate operations to meet the needs of large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, prototyping, and delivery of custom software applications and specialized tools tailored to unique operational needs.
• Develop and deploy digital tools supporting all stages of property development including feasibility, master planning, design, logistics, QHSEW, construction management, asset development, and real estate operations.
• Ensure seamless integration of custom applications with core enterprise systems such as ERP, BIM, GIS, Cost Management, and Project Controls.
• Collaborate with experts in Master Planning, Engineering, Construction, and Finance to convert complex operational requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and automate manual bottlenecks across planning, engineering, and finance workflows to streamline processes and approvals.
• Connect processes across commercial, engineering, and finance teams to eliminate redundant data entry, reduce errors, and speed up delivery.
• Implement automated data quality checks, validation scripts, and integration protocols to maintain consistent and accurate data across platforms.
• Manage vendor performance, address incidents and enhancements, maintain stakeholder alignment, and ensure governance compliance for delivered applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, digital solution design, and systems delivery.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the relevant fields.
