Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on administration, security, compliance, endpoint management, and enterprise migrations for large-scale Microsoft 365 E3/E5/E7 deployments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive services.
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate and improve operational tasks.
• Design and manage Microsoft Entra ID including hybrid identity and synchronization solutions.
• Implement security features such as Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention, and compliance policies.
• Oversee Microsoft Intune for device and application management, including Windows Autopilot and endpoint security configurations.
• Plan and execute Exchange hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations, as well as migrations for Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Design secure and scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, perform advanced troubleshooting, and provide expert technical support.

Must haves

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, security, implementation, and enterprise support.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, security, compliance, and migration technologies.
• Experience with enterprise Microsoft 365 E3/E5 environments and exposure to E7 capabilities.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Proven track record in delivering complex implementations, migrations, and security enhancements.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage technical projects, and interact effectively with enterprise customers.
• Possession of at least three Microsoft certifications from: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), or Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300).

Nice to haves

• Experience in Microsoft 365 enterprise architecture and security assessments.
• Familiarity with hybrid and cloud-only identity environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Zero Trust security principles and enterprise governance.
• Experience supporting large-scale Microsoft 365 deployments and complex customer environments.
