Senior Developer

Job Summary

The Senior Developer leads the development of approved applications, customizations, and platform extensions, ensuring adherence to requirements and architecture. This role involves code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, deployment support, and continuous improvement of application performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of applications, customizations, and platform extensions following approved requirements and architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce secure coding and development standards.
• Develop and execute automated and unit testing, supporting performance, regression, and security tests.
• Investigate and resolve complex defects and Level 3 production incidents.
• Prepare release packages and assist with deployment, rollback, and hypercare activities.
• Maintain source code repositories, version control, and change management documentation.
• Provide evidence of testing, code quality, deployment validation, and defect resolution.
• Analyze production issues, perform root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Document maintainable solutions, technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.
• Support continuous improvements in application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Deliver extensions, reports, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation for Oracle, engineering, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, BPM, and custom applications.
• Hands-on development experience with REST APIs, custom code, reports, and business-process automation.
• Experience with Unreal Engine, Perforce, Pixel Streaming, and NVIDIA Omniverse for visualization platforms when assigned.
• Use of languages, frameworks, tools, and platforms such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
• Clear identification of personal contributions across design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
• Demonstrated delivered solutions with measurable business or operational outcomes.
