Job Summary

The AI-Native Frontend Engineer (React) at Eltizam will develop modern, responsive user interfaces for the insurance technology platform, integrating AI-driven features and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build frontend features using React aligned with product and design requirements.
• Develop reusable UI components and optimize frontend performance.
• Implement accessibility best practices in the user interface.
• Integrate AI-driven functionalities by working with machine learning and data engineering teams.
• Translate business needs into maintainable and performant code.
• Use browser tools and testing to verify responsive layouts and right-to-left Arabic behavior.
• Guide frontend revisions using browser screenshots, network traces, and keyboard checks.
• Review and confirm frontend changes before merging to ensure customer journey completion.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience delivering production React features with coding agents.
• Ability to provide an agent repository and design context, steer it using browser evidence, and verify results.
• Minimum 3 years of frontend engineering experience with production React projects.
• Strong skills in JavaScript or TypeScript, including debugging state, API integration, and rendering issues.
• Experience working with Figma designs, REST APIs, browser developer tools, Sentry, and GitHub Actions.
• Preferred experience in insurance and knowledge of Saudi Insurance Authority’s electronic brokerage rules.
• Familiarity with converting compliance disclosures and consent requirements into clear customer screens is a plus.
