Senior Design Architect

Job Summary

The Senior Design Architect leads architectural design for luxury residential projects and villas, managing the process from concept to detailed documentation while ensuring design quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development for luxury residential projects and villas from initial concept through design documentation.
• Create innovative design concepts, detailed drawings, 3D models, renders, and presentations.
• Coordinate architectural and interior design concepts to maintain consistency and high design standards.
• Prepare, review, and update architectural drawings and technical documents.
• Maintain design quality, creativity, functionality, and consistency across all project stages.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and authorities to meet project requirements.
• Apply expertise in architectural detailing, materials, building codes, and construction practices.
• Balance design excellence with functionality, budget constraints, and project needs.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in architectural design, especially luxury residential architecture and villas.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Strong background in luxury residential architecture and coordination with interior design.
• Knowledge of Jordanian regulations and requirements from GAM, JEA, and CDD.
• Excellent creative, technical, design management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet design deadlines.
• Deep understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction documentation.
• Role focused on design, not site supervision.
