Job Summary
The NET Developer / Team Lead will lead a small team of NET developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure project delivery aligned with business needs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers
- Develop, improve, and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core and .NET 6+
- Review code and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Convert business requirements into technical tasks and estimates
- Collaborate closely with QA, Product, and DevOps teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments
- Create technical documentation
Must haves
- 5–8 years of experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core development
- Strong skills in C#, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ
- Good knowledge of SQL Server and database design
- Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
- Ability to lead, delegate, and follow up with the team
- Proficient communication in Arabic and English
- Saudi Nationals only
Nice to haves
- Experience with e-correspondence systems
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience with microservices, Clean Architecture, and unit testing
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
