Job Summary

The NET Developer / Team Lead will lead a small team of NET developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure project delivery aligned with business needs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers
• Develop, improve, and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core and .NET 6+
• Review code and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Convert business requirements into technical tasks and estimates
• Collaborate closely with QA, Product, and DevOps teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments
• Create technical documentation

Must haves

• 5–8 years of experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core development
• Strong skills in C#, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and database design
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
• Ability to lead, delegate, and follow up with the team
• Proficient communication in Arabic and English
• Saudi Nationals only

Nice to haves

• Experience with e-correspondence systems
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
• Experience with microservices, Clean Architecture, and unit testing
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
