Job Summary
The Implementation Project Manager leads the delivery of agentic AI projects at Unifonic, ensuring timely deployment and client satisfaction by managing multiple concurrent implementations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly progress meetings with client implementation teams and daily standups with delivery squads to maintain project momentum.
- Organize monthly executive reviews with client and Unifonic decision-makers to identify risks and facilitate timely decisions.
- Maintain a fixed MVP scope with clear acceptance criteria and manage change control to prevent delays in the 3-month deployment timeline.
- Track and escalate risks and issues using a live issue log, keeping leadership informed transparently.
- Manage a portfolio of simultaneous agentic deployments, balancing priorities and ensuring smooth progress without bottlenecks.
- Create reusable delivery assets such as templates and governance routines to standardize future projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including FDE Engineers, Sestek PS, Product, and Commercial teams for seamless handovers and alignment.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex, multi-system implementations, preferably involving AI, integration, or CX/contact center projects.
- Strong ability to protect MVP scope, enforce change control, and maintain time-to-value without harming client relationships.
- Discipline in running effective standups and reviews that unblock progress rather than just reporting status.
- Comfort working within agentic, governed environments including compliance with Saudi regulations (SAMA, CST, SDAIA, NCA).
- Clear and direct communication skills suitable for client core teams and executive-level discussions.
- Capability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously while maintaining quality and governance.
- PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous but not required; ownership and builder mindset are prioritized.
- Proficiency at AI Level L4, with hands-on experience in AI platforms, agentic orchestration, prompting, RAG, voice AI, APIs, and conversational channels.
- Ability to apply AI tools and design governed AI workflows that address business problems and optimize KPIs.
- Familiarity with project and portfolio management, MVP and scope management, executive governance, risk and issue management, agile delivery, change control, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Asana, and reporting tools for delivery metrics.
