AI Solutions Architect – Expert Level

Job Summary

This role involves designing and implementing AI solutions by integrating business needs, enterprise data, and generative AI technologies, focusing on scalable architectures for engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Convert approved AI use cases into solution architectures that fit client systems and operational needs.
• Assess AI models and platforms, documenting trade-offs in quality, latency, cost, security, and maintainability.
• Define application and API boundaries, data flows, identities, and permissions in collaboration with integration, GenAI, and operational teams.
• Create practical n8n orchestration workflows with authenticated connections, controlled data access, error handling, and operational ownership.
• Establish evaluation and acceptance methods for AI outputs and production integrations.
• Review major implementation decisions and provide architectural guidance.
• Produce architecture diagrams, technical decisions, configuration guidance, and delivery/operation plans for engineering and client teams.

Must haves

• At least 8 years of experience in Software, Data, AI Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
• Proven responsibility for solution architecture through implementation and operation.
• Recent hands-on experience with LLM and Generative AI applications.
• Practical experience designing n8n workflows.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data access, model/application integration, AI output evaluation, and operational constraints.
• Ability to evaluate integrations, failure behavior, security, and maintainability.
• Strong communication skills to explain architectural decisions and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice to haves

• Cloud or AI certifications.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or enterprise-data grounding methods.
• Experience in government or regulated environments.
• Experience with Arabic-capable AI use cases.
• Experience with API management and integration platforms.
• Experience with structured architecture governance.
