Job Summary
The Presales Engineer will provide technical expertise on IT products and solutions, engaging with clients to understand their needs and supporting the sales process through presentations and demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Offer technical knowledge of IT products and solutions to recommend appropriate options for clients
- Identify client business requirements via discovery calls and meetings
- Present technical information and demonstrate products effectively
- Respond to product-related questions and provide expert advice to strengthen client relationships
- Work with the sales team to evaluate technical feasibility and assist in proposal development
- Handle technical objections and support closing sales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, systems, and technologies
