Job Summary
This role involves working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, both on-premises and cloud-based, requiring expertise in implementation, customization, and support. The candidate should be an Arabic speaker with experience in Dynamics DCC.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in on-premises and cloud settings.
- Analyze business needs and convert them into CRM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CRM systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CRM features and user experience.
- Apply Dynamics DCC knowledge to support business processes.
- Support system upgrades, deployments, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with both on-premises and cloud D365 CRM environments.
- Arabic language proficiency.
- Some experience with Dynamics DCC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred candidates are those currently in KSA with a transferable Iqama.
- Immediate availability or short notice to join is preferred.
