Job Summary

This role involves working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, both on-premises and cloud-based, requiring expertise in implementation, customization, and support. The candidate should be an Arabic speaker with experience in Dynamics DCC.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in on-premises and cloud settings.
• Analyze business needs and convert them into CRM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain CRM systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CRM features and user experience.
• Apply Dynamics DCC knowledge to support business processes.
• Support system upgrades, deployments, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with both on-premises and cloud D365 CRM environments.
• Arabic language proficiency.
• Some experience with Dynamics DCC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred candidates are those currently in KSA with a transferable Iqama.
• Immediate availability or short notice to join is preferred.
