Job Summary

The Senior CRM Functional Consultant will support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions by collaborating with clients and technical teams to convert business needs into CRM functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements to develop functional CRM solutions
• Engage in solution design, system configuration, and deployment
• Deliver and maintain Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales and Customer Service
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Create functional documentation and ensure high-quality outputs
• Mentor and assist junior consultants
• Support pre-sales efforts including demonstrations and client meetings
• Investigate and resolve functional issues promptly
• Participate in user acceptance testing, training, and promote system adoption

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in CRM or Business Applications
• At least 3 years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience managing full lifecycle CRM implementations
• Strong knowledge of business processes and CRM solutions
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules like Sales and Customer Service
• Experience with Power Platform is a plus
• Ability to translate business needs into functional designs and configurations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Capable of working independently and collaborating with diverse teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
