Job Summary

The Technical Sales Engineer will focus on developing business opportunities and managing customer relationships in Riyadh, specializing in Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure. The role involves technical discussions, solution presentations, and collaboration with sales and technical teams, primarily targeting Government customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits in Riyadh to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Engage with IT and Cybersecurity teams to understand and qualify their technical needs.
• Present Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure solutions and assist sales teams during client meetings.
• Collaborate with presales, technical teams, vendors, and distributors to prepare proposals, BOMs, quotations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
• Follow up on sales opportunities, support Government tenders and procurement processes, and facilitate deal closures.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Presales, IT Sales, or related roles.
• Strong technical expertise in Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure.
• Experience working with Government customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Established customer relationships and network in Riyadh.
• Good knowledge of Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, GRC, NCA, PDPL, and Backup & Disaster Recovery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently managing customer visits and opportunities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Based in Riyadh.
