Job Summary

The Technical and Engineering Director – EPC leads operational, technical, and functional aspects of EPC and concessions activities, ensuring alignment with company standards, business goals, and regulations. The role drives performance, coordination, compliance, stakeholder relations, and service delivery within design and technical functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily design and technical operations in EPC and concessions to meet operational goals and maintain quality and productivity.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, contractors, and activities to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time and meet business needs.
• Engage with internal teams, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and operational groups to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contracts, regulatory standards, HSE requirements, and industry best practices relevant to EPC and concessions.
• Track operational KPIs, productivity, service quality, and standards, identifying gaps and implementing improvements.
• Prepare reports, technical documentation, progress updates, cost analyses, and presentations to support decision-making and audits.
• Promote efficient use of manpower, equipment, budgets, materials, and resources to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 18 years of total work experience, including a minimum of 6 years of relevant on-the-job experience.
• Experience in Power, Energy, Combined Cycle Powerplants, or Solar industry is mandatory.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
