Job Summary

The Sr. Technical Account Manager at AWS Enterprise Support in Riyadh leads technical cloud strategies for large enterprises, advocating for customers and supporting their use of AWS services across various technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions, offer technical guidance, and represent customer interests.
• Maintain operational health of AWS environments while minimizing cost and complexity.
• Build trusted relationships to understand customers’ business and technical needs.
• Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Engage with stakeholders from developers to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with AWS teams including Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers.
• Proactively identify opportunities for customers to increase value from AWS.
• Provide detailed analyses of service disruptions, metrics, and pre-launch planning.

Must haves

• 5+ years experience in design, implementation, operations, or consulting with distributed applications.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Nice to haves

• Experience in a 24×7 operational services or support environment.
• Experience as a technical lead in internal enterprise or external customer-facing roles.
