Job Summary

Lead and contribute to the technical delivery of structural design packages, supervise junior engineers, and ensure multidisciplinary coordination. Apply expertise to meet client and code requirements for design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of comprehensive design packages including drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and review their work for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs using BIM and clash detection tools.
• Communicate with clients and contractors for design clarifications and technical coordination.
• Develop project specifications aligned with authority and international codes.
• Support cost and quantity estimation based on design progress.
• Perform advanced design calculations and provide alternative technical solutions; cover other design tasks as needed.
• Lead internal technical reviews and resolve complex design challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant design experience.
• Advanced skills in software such as Revit, ETABS, and Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of local codes including DM, ADM, Saudi Building Code, and international standards like EN, ACI, AASHTO.
• Familiarity with programming languages is desirable.
