Job Summary

This role supports business growth by leading technical prequalification and service prescription activities, ensuring maintenance and service scopes meet customer, consultant, and regulatory requirements while aligning with standards and service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit technical prequalification documents for maintenance and service scopes according to customer and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of service-related prequalification packages.
• Follow up on prequalification status and assist with responses to technical clarifications regarding service offerings.
• Support inclusion of maintenance, operation, and service add-ons in technical specifications and contract documents.
• Review service-related specifications to identify scope alignment and compliance opportunities.
• Define technical service scopes, methodologies, and deliverables aligned with approved service standards.
• Review tender documents and technical specifications related to services and maintenance to identify gaps, risks, and deviations, recommending compliant solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to support service acceptance and approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• 4 to 6 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Technical writing skills.
• Data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in sales technical support.
