Job Summary

The Specialist, FP&A – SSC at Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Amman is responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, modeling, and reporting activities to aid management decision-making and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Collaborate with department heads to collect inputs and confirm assumptions.
• Analyze budget variances and explain findings for management review.
• Assist in developing long-term strategic business plans.
• Perform financial analyses to detect trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports to management and provide ad-hoc analyses for business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to aid forecasting and evaluate financial impacts of scenarios.
• Produce regular financial reports, create dashboards for performance communication, and enhance data accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain an accurate database by entering, verifying, and organizing historical data.

Requirements

• BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• English language and communication skills.
• System knowledge.
• Preferred: CMA certification.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP and pharmaceutical industry background.
