Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Sitech’s business goals and client objectives
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, research, and requirements gathering to development, launch, and optimization
Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user insights to identify opportunities and validate product direction
Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements and feature specifications
Prioritize features and initiatives using data, business impact, and stakeholder feedback
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution
Communicate product updates, progress, and risks to leadership and key stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, A/B testing, performance analytics, and feedback loops
Mentor junior product team members and support best practices across the organization
.Act as the voice of the user, ensuring usability, accessibility, and experience excellence

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably in digital product development or tech-driven environments, is required
Strong experience owning product strategy and leading cross-functional teams
Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles, agile methodologies, and modern software development processes
Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital products
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to drive decisions
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
.Experience with client-facing roles or agency/consultancy models is a strong plus
