Job Summary

The Sales Strategy and Operations Lead at AWS in Saudi Arabia supports Sales Leadership and operational teams by using data analysis and modeling to drive business decisions and improve field productivity. Responsibilities

• Support Sales Leadership and operational teams in meeting organizational goals.
• Manage and deliver operational cadences to run the business effectively.
• Develop new mechanisms to support organizational growth and scalability.
• Drive initiatives to improve organizational performance.
• Use data analysis and modeling to support sales teams and leaders.
• Maintain business health through data-informed decision-making.
• Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Deliver reports and conduct specialized business analyses impacting decisions.

Must haves

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.

Nice to haves

• 10+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.
