Job Summary

The Sales & Interior Design Specialist at Aghadeer For Wood Industries manages the entire customer journey from inquiry to contract closing, combining sales expertise with interior design and technical knowledge of furniture manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads, inquiries, showroom visits, calls, and messages professionally.
• Assess customer needs, preferences, budgets, and project expectations.
• Present appropriate products, materials, finishes, and design solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed quotations, explaining pricing and specifications.
• Negotiate, address objections, follow up, and close sales effectively.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate customer records.
• Create customized kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe, and furniture designs with 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with production to ensure designs are practical and ready for manufacturing and installation.

Requirements

• Experience in sales related to kitchens, furniture, interior design, or customized wood products.
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing with measurable results.
• Good knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, materials, and furniture layouts.
• Proficiency in design and engineering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalents.
• Ability to prepare and interpret detailed execution drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Understanding of furniture construction, hardware, finishes, measurements, and production processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
• Capability to manage multiple customers and projects while meeting deadlines.
• Strong responsibility, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design projects and technical drawings is required.

Nice to haves

• Experience working with kitchen and furniture manufacturers.
• Experience managing projects from initial consultation through contract closing.
• Familiarity with 3D rendering and presentation tools.
• Knowledge of the Jordanian furniture and interior design market.
