Job Summary

Responsible for operating and supporting technical systems and applications, ensuring their readiness and stability in production environments, and assisting in resolving technical issues related to applications and databases.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor systems and applications to ensure their readiness.
• Monitor application and service performance and address technical problems.
• Support web systems, databases, and production environments.
• Develop web systems and manage databases.
• Execute and follow up on deployment and operational updates in coordination with relevant teams.
• Document technical issues, procedures, and operational solutions.
• Be familiar with application deployment cycles and management of various technical environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in operating systems and applications.
• Experience with web systems, databases, and managing production environments.
• Saudi nationality is required.
