Job Summary

This role involves leading the design and governance of technical changes within Core Network domains, focusing on the Request for Change function in Managed Services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze service requirements, high-level and low-level designs, and service design packages.
• Evaluate cross-domain impacts involving CS Core, IMS, and PS Core.
• Define comprehensive implementation architecture and deployment strategies.
• Lead assessments of technical risks, impacts, rollback plans, and dependencies.
• Establish testing, validation, KPI monitoring, and acceptance criteria.
• Review and approve methods of procedure, scripts, implementation plans, and change packages.
• Serve as the technical authority during CAB reviews and major implementations.
• Support root cause analysis and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Promote architectural standards, automation, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in telecom Core Networks.
• Strong expertise in PS Core and good knowledge of CS Core and IMS.
• Hands-on experience with MME, EPG, PCC/PCG, SAPC, SMF/UPF, NEF, ESOA, and iDNS.
• Experience in analyzing HLD/LLD, impact analysis, migrations, upgrades, and network transformations.
• Experience with change management, CAB governance, and operational handovers.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and technical leadership.
• Experience with NFV, OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes, or cloud-native Core solutions.
