Responsibilities
The Product Manager plays a hands-on role throughout the entire product lifecycle, from shaping product strategy to executing go-to-market initiatives
You will work directly with the Head of Product to develop and maintain a clear and actionable product roadmap, ensuring seamless product functionality and prioritizing the product backlog
A key focus of your role will be on writing detailed, high-quality product requirements and user stories
You will collaborate closely with the Tech team and other stakeholders, taking into account internal input and external customer feedback

Qualifications and Experience
At least 5+ years of hands-on product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle including writing product tickets and detailed documentation
Solid technical background with an understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills; can-do attitude and proactive mindset in getting to the root of an issue and coming up with efficient and innovative solutions
A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience and interest in the fintech space; previous experience in a fintech company is a significant advantage
A good understanding of accounting and expense management systems
.Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management and ticketing
