يتولى مدير المنتج (Product Manager) مسؤولية تحديد وقيادة رؤية المنتج، وضمان توافقها مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية لـ Jo Academy واحتياجات السوق. كما يشرف هذا الدور على دورة حياة المنتج كاملة، بدءًا من الاكتشاف والتصميم وصولًا إلى الإطلاق والتحسين المستمر، بما يضمن تقديم حلول تتمحور حول المستخدم وتحقق أثرًا ملموسًا على مستوى الأعمال.

ويعمل مدير المنتج بشكل وثيق مع مالكي المنتجات، ومحللي الأعمال، ومصممي تجربة وواجهة المستخدم (UX/UI)، وفرق الهندسة، وغيرهم من أصحاب المصلحة، حيث يلعب دورًا محوريًا في تحديد الأولويات، وإدارة خارطة طريق المنتج، واتخاذ القرارات الرئيسية التي تسهم في رسم مستقبل منتجات التكنولوجيا التعليمية.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with company strategy and customer needs
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing based on business impact and market opportunities
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify and evaluate opportunities
Set measurable product goals and KPIs/OKRs; track and report on progress
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
Translate strategic objectives into actionable backlogs in partnership with Product Owners
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, user-focused design
Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, timely product releases
Facilitate discovery workshops, prototype testing, and validation experiments
Make trade-off decisions balancing user value, business objectives, and technical feasibility
Continuously refine priorities based on feedback, analytics, and market trends
Coordinate go-to-market efforts with marketing, sales, and customer success teams
Track product performance and drive iterative improvements
Present product plans, results, and recommendations to leadership
.Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 6-8 years in product, project, or related fields; at least 3–5 years in managerial roles
CSPO or PSPO I preferred; PMP and Google Project Management Certificate are a plus
Fluent in English and Arabic
Proficient in product tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha!), BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Excel, SQL), wireframing/prototyping tools, Figma, Balsamiq, and workflow tools – Lucid chart, Draw.io
.Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
