Job Summary

The Principal Technical Deployment Strategist acts as a customer-facing advisor who leads AI strategy, designs agentic AI solutions, and drives adoption for enterprise clients. The role involves managing engagements from start to finish and ensuring scalable value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle customer engagements from identification through deployment and consumption, owning outcomes at every phase.
• Define and architect customers’ Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, including workshops and responsible AI governance.
• Oversee deployment delivery, managing timelines, communication, risk, and progress reporting.
• Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics, identifying blockers and strategies to realize value.
• Coordinate delivery teams with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy and technical execution.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and coding products like Vibes.
• Manage relationships with senior customer stakeholders, presenting business value-focused proposals and outcomes.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management and process transformation for intelligent agent adoption.

Must haves

• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or program management for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or technical advisory.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI and Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex programming languages.
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in AI/LLM solution design, agentic AI strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong project and program management skills managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Business level proficiency in Arabic and English.

Nice to haves

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce platform, and Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Experience deploying AI solutions in regulated industries such as public sector, financial services, or healthcare.
• Salesforce platform certifications or similar certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect, Microsoft, Oracle).
• Background in change management, organizational design, or enterprise transformation.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs, including NLP, RAG architectures, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Strong bias for action and ability to operate in fast-moving, unstructured environments.
