Job Summary

This role supports Accenture Research’s Middle East & Africa (MEA) agenda by delivering research strategy and insights on the region’s economic and technology landscape, leveraging AI tools and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to generate continuous high-quality insights and market-facing content.
• Utilize traditional and innovative data sources, including GCC government and regional economic and technology data, to address key business questions.
• Analyze data sets using statistical methods and visualization tools, and develop models for client-ready deliverables.
• Create compelling research narratives and business storylines with research and industry leaders.
• Produce high-quality presentations, visualizations, and written summaries for senior clients and internal audiences.
• Assist business development by applying data products and thought leadership to engage clients and identify new opportunities.
• Use AI and Generative AI to improve research processes, discover novel insights, and deliver outputs innovatively.

Must haves

• Strong knowledge of the MEA economic, business, and technology environment, including national transformation programs.
• Proficiency in various research methods such as market, competitive, policy, and company analysis, strategic frameworks, and interviews.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, visualize, and synthesize complex data and understanding of statistical principles.
• Experience with AI and Generative AI tools applied responsibly in research.
• Excellent storytelling and writing skills to communicate clearly and compellingly.
• Strong presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in economics, business, political science, international relations, engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of business experience in consulting, think tanks, financial institutions, research, or related industries.

Nice to haves

• Postgraduate degree such as MBA, public policy, or economics.
• Experience in consulting, research, or strategy environments.
• Knowledge of GCC national transformation programs and MEA business landscape.
• Familiarity with AI/Generative AI tools and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to thought leadership, market research, and industry analysis.
