مهندس أول – المشتريات المدنية (Lead Engineer – Civil Procurement)

Job Summary

This role involves leading the procurement activities for civil engineering packages, including planning, vendor management, and supporting local content goals in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Create procurement plans for civil works and identify items with long lead times
• Prepare technical requisitions, requests for quotations, and tender documentation
• Lead evaluations of technical bids and recommend contract awards
• Prequalify and oversee civil vendors and subcontractors
• Coordinate inspections, vendor submissions, and track deliveries
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and assess procurement risks
• Lead and provide mentorship to the civil procurement team
• Support achievement of local content (IKTVA) objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil procurement within EPC, industrial, or construction sectors
• Strong knowledge of civil materials and standards including SBC, ASTM, and ACI
• Experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems
• Familiarity with the Saudi supplier market
• Fluent in English
