Job Summary

The HSE Data, Systems & Reporting Lead manages the governance, integrity, and strategic use of HSE data, digital platforms, analytics, and reporting for NEOM Projects. This role ensures accurate and auditable HSE information for executive decision-making and external reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main expert and focal point for HSE management systems such as Enablon and Intelex, overseeing system integrity and user effectiveness.
• Lead configuration, enhancement, and continuous improvement of HSE digital platforms to meet business and assurance needs.
• Establish and maintain robust data collection, verification, validation, and quality assurance processes for HSE data.
• Identify data anomalies and ensure resolution of data-quality issues before reporting.
• Lead preparation, verification, and submission of PIF HSE performance reports and manage regular executive reporting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions, applying predictive analytics to support proactive risk management.
• Design and implement digital applications and tools to improve operational efficiency and automate reporting workflows.
• Support workforce demobilisation, contractor offboarding, and project transition through digital platforms ensuring continuity of HSE reporting.

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in occupational health and safety, engineering, data analytics, information systems, or related discipline.
• Professional safety qualification or certification relevant to the role.
• Proven competence in HSE performance management, data assurance, and executive reporting.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, data modelling, dashboard development, and analytical reporting.
• Experience with enterprise HSE management systems such as Enablon and Intelex or similar platforms.
• Experience in developing digital applications, automated workflows, or integrated reporting solutions.
• Significant experience in HSE data, systems, assurance, or performance reporting in major projects or high-risk environments.
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level dashboards, PIF or external reporting, and data-validation processes.
• Experience maintaining reporting continuity during organisational transitions or system disruptions.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders under demanding deadlines.
