Job Summary

This role is for a Prototyping Engagement Manager in the AWS PACE team based in Riyadh, supporting customers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The position involves driving innovation by turning customer ideas into working prototypes using generative AI and cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of innovation opportunities across KSA and the GCC with account teams, specialists, and partners.
• Qualify opportunities rigorously by assessing business outcomes, customer commitment, and production feasibility.
• Define clear, time-boxed prototype engagements based on customer outcomes and success criteria.
• Lead engagements from start to finish, coordinating developers, AWS architects, and partners to deliver value and next steps.
• Advise senior leaders on technology shifts and investment decisions.
• Scale successful approaches by creating repeatable processes shared globally within PACE.
• Represent customer insights internally to influence AWS service teams and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams (preferred).
