Job Summary

The Digital Product Manager will oversee digital products from business requirements through to launch and ongoing improvement, collaborating with clients and senior stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives, customer needs, and constraints into a clear digital product direction and roadmap.
• Own the product lifecycle including design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Convert business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI and service design teams to ensure product experiences meet business goals.
• Work with architects and development teams to understand technical constraints and dependencies.
• Manage product backlog, sprint priorities, releases, and scope throughout delivery.
• Lead workshops for product planning, prioritization, and decision-making with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate QA, UAT, and product acceptance to ensure delivery meets agreed requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or related roles.
• Proven ability to take digital products from business requirements through design, development, launch, and optimization.
• Strong skills in translating business requirements into product features, user stories, and backlogs.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and release plans.
• Understanding of digital customer experience and UX, with ability to work closely with design teams.
• Experience managing complex digital products and working with development teams, architects, UX/UI designers, and QA.
• Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, systems, and technical dependencies.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and releases.
• Experience leading product and stakeholder workshops and managing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to balance business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints in decisions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern product management and AI-powered tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site with clients when required and flexibility to work across industries and GCC client environments.
