CX Business Solutions Manager

• Direct product vision and roadmap in alignment with customer needs and market trends
• Conduct competitive analysis, customer discovery, and VoC research to identify opportunities
• Translate customer and business needs into high-level feature definitions
• Prioritize features based on impact, urgency, and commercial value
• Own the intake, clarification, and business evaluation of customer change requests (CRs), ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer value
• Manage business analysts across CX product lines. Supervise the preparation of requirements documents (BRDs), personas, and journey maps
• Guide UX/UI development and usability testing for continuous product improvement
• Represent product direction internally and externally (e.g., with clients, sale teams)
• Support pre-sales and sales teams in roadmap discussions and product adoption, and preparations for new projects or RFPs.

Required Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management or CX-related roles, preferably within B2B software or telecom environments
• Proven experience managing product teams and delivering successful software products
• Strong understanding of CX technologies, customer journey design, and user-centric development
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
