Job Summary

The Customer Support Specialist acts as the main contact for clients using the Salalem LMS, providing timely and professional assistance while collaborating with Account Management and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support via platform, email, phone, and live chat.
• Quickly and accurately resolve client questions and issues.
• Help clients with course access, enrollment, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Work alongside Account Managers and Customer Success to meet client needs.
• Record client interactions, problems, and solutions for documentation.
• Collect client feedback and contribute insights for product and process enhancements.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in LMS, e-learning, or corporate training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills and client-oriented approach.
• Experience with Chatwoot or similar support platforms is a plus.
