Job Summary

This role supports the sales process by providing technical pre-sales and post-sales assistance for AC projects, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and minimizing partner errors during design, installation, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and commission AC projects to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide training and technical support to AC partners.
• Collaborate with after-sales teams to resolve cases and reduce technical issues by offering guidelines for pre-sales, installation, and commissioning.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical solutions and business process improvements based on client needs.
• Build proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Support VARs by addressing technical questions and issues related to Samsung products.
• Conduct pre-sales activities including POCs, presentations, workshops, training, and product updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with a successful track record.
• Experience in AC and HVAC design, including load calculation, HAP, AutoCAD, selection software, and duct sizing.
• Experience in inspection and commissioning of AC and HVAC projects.
• Strong administrative and time management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic (native) and excellent in English.
