Job Summary

Join Infosys Consulting in Riyadh as a Senior Consultant focused on digital transformation projects. You will collaborate with consulting teams to deliver AI-driven solutions and contribute to growth strategy in the Middle East, working across ecommerce, customer services, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to digital transformation projects as part of the dynamic consulting team in KSA
• Collaborate with senior consultants and analyse data to implement AI-driven solutions
• Participate in growth strategy development for Infosys Consulting in the Middle East region
• Work closely with sales and account leadership teams to shape and deliver solutions
• Focus on ecommerce, customer services, and digital transformation delivery
• Gather requirements, conduct research, and contribute to project deliverables
• Lead project teams in your area of expertise as part of techno-functional teams
• Act as a subject matter expert in customer services, ecommerce, digital platforms, value stream analysis, or supply chain management areas

Requirements

• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for diverse audiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication in Arabic (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency)
• Subject matter expertise in at least one of: customer services, ecommerce, digital platforms, value stream analysis, or supply chain management areas
• Ability to work as part of techno-functional teams and lead project teams in your area of expertise
• Knowledge of AI concepts including machine learning and natural language processing
• Project-related mobility and willingness to travel
