Job Summary

Systems Limited seeks an Agile Product Manager to own product outcomes for AI engagements, translating business goals into prioritized backlogs and driving adoption. The role combines product strategy, AI delivery expertise, and stakeholder management across proof-of-concept, pilot, and scale phases.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog for AI engagements, framing epics by value, feasibility and risk
• Translate business outcomes into AI use cases with explicit success criteria and acceptance thresholds
• Conduct discovery with client stakeholders and users to identify real problems versus AI-shaped solutions
• Define acceptance standards for non-deterministic systems in collaboration with AI Assurance and clients
• Own release planning across proof-of-concept, pilot and scale phases, including human-in-the-loop and fallback behaviour
• Manage scope, timeline and client expectations when model performance is uncertain
• Lead adoption and change management including training, rollout communications and usage measurement
• Report progress, risk and outcomes to client and firm leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or product ownership, including 3+ years on AI/ML or data-intensive products
• Fluent in agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with experience owning backlogs under timeline pressure
• Understanding of the AI delivery lifecycle including data readiness, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and retraining
• Technical literacy sufficient to challenge feasibility, cost and latency claims without designing solutions
• Ability to write acceptance criteria for probabilistic outputs with thresholds, guardrails and escalation paths
• Familiarity with AI evaluation and observability practices and ability to act on results
• Working knowledge of responsible-AI, privacy and governance obligations in regulated environments
• Strong discovery and facilitation skills for workshops, interviews and prioritization with senior stakeholders
• Data literacy on outcome measurement including instrumentation, adoption metrics and benefit tracking
• Experience running change management and adoption for systems that alter how people work
