Job Summary

BCG Platinion seeks an AI Tech Associate to support digital transformation initiatives for leading global organizations. The role involves designing AI strategies, technology solutions, and platform architectures while working at the intersection of strategy and hands-on technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital transformation for globally leading companies by balancing technical solutions with individual client needs
• Develop groundbreaking projects by enabling clients to use agile methods and modern approaches in strategic IT implementation
• Create tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on precise situation analysis and current market developments including machine learning
• Design and optimize IT architectures within enterprise solution requirements, modern custom software development, and sustainable digital solutions including cyber resilience

Requirements

• Degree in business informatics or a related discipline
• 1 – 3 years of full-time experience in IT consulting
• Understanding of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics
• Ability to tackle complex digital challenges and develop and share solutions
• Fluent in English and Arabic with ability to understand and communicate complex topics
