Job Summary

BCG Platinion seeks an AI Tech Architect to design and build AI tech strategies, AI solutions, and next-generation platform architectures. You will work at the intersection of strategy and technology delivery, helping leading organizations address complex challenges with access to C-suite leaders and BCG resources.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and conduct feasibility studies to shape digital transformation initiatives
• Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs
• Establish modern practices such as DevOps and CI/CD within implementation programs
• Ensure technical implementation of critical digital requirements including cyber resilience
• Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures
• Apply comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, microservices, and blockchain to architecture decisions

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting or software development
• Knowledge of modern technologies including machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics
• Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
• Experience with hyperscalers and certifications from AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloud, or TencentCloud
• Strong ability to understand and communicate complex topics in English; Arabic is a plus
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East and beyond
