Job Summary

The AI & Automation Specialist will focus on integrating AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance efficiency across various business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual and repetitive tasks suitable for AI and automation improvements.
• Develop and deploy AI-driven workflows and automation solutions.
• Integrate different platforms and systems using APIs.
• Enhance recruitment, candidate screening, onboarding, and HR processes.
• Automate finance-related tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, expenses, and reporting.
• Create efficient workflows for content creation, social media, and marketing reporting.
• Improve CRM, lead management, and sales follow-up processes.
• Research, test, and implement new AI and automation tools and support teams in adopting them.

Requirements

• Practical experience with AI and automation tools.
• Experience using No-Code/Low-Code platforms and workflow automation.
• Good knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HR, Finance, and Marketing platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a process-improvement mindset.
• Ability to understand business operations and develop practical solutions.
• Technical background is advantageous but not mandatory; emphasis on hands-on execution and business understanding.
