Job Summary

This role involves driving sales activities for chemicals and raw materials, managing customer and supplier relationships, and supporting business growth in the detergent industry sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Identify new clients, projects, products, and business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations regarding pricing, quantities, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Oversee the sales process from inquiry and quotation to order fulfillment and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and technical teams for operational efficiency.
• Provide product and technical support in coordination with the Technical Team.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints, manage samples and approvals, and conduct post-sales activities.
• Track market trends and identify commercially viable raw materials.
• Prepare sales and customer visit reports and update management regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Experience in raw materials, chemicals, industrial fragrance, or related industries preferred.
• Fluent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and business development.
• Analytical, planning, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft 365.
• Team-oriented with a focus on targets.
• Willingness to perform regular customer and field visits.
