Job Summary

The Technical Support Engineer provides expert assistance and troubleshooting for technical issues, focusing on databases, ERP, and healthcare systems to support customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user issues and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Track errors and identify root causes of issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers and end users.
• Provide technical support and solutions.
• Write SQL queries to retrieve and analyze database information.
• Adapt quickly to new systems and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Technical Support.
• Good knowledge and practical experience with Databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Experience with ERP Systems or Healthcare / HIS Systems is preferred.
• Strong skills in analyzing user issues, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.
• Effective communication skills with customers and technical teams.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer networks is an advantage.
• Ability to write SQL queries and analyze database information.
• Quick learning ability and adaptability to new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
