Job Summary

This role leads the daily support and operation of digital systems including applications, platforms, and integrations, ensuring system performance and availability while managing a support team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily support activities for digital systems such as applications, platforms, integrations, and portals.
• Ensure incidents, service requests, and problems are resolved promptly according to SLAs.
• Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Monitor system performance and optimize availability.
• Manage and mentor the Digital Systems Support team, assign tasks, and oversee performance.
• Implement ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• Track and report KPIs, SLAs, and service performance metrics.
• Participate in digital transformation projects, system upgrades, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT/application support experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, SaaS solutions, and system integrations.
• Experience with ITIL processes, service desk tools, and incident management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle, AWS, and Azure, and enterprise applications preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like SAMA CSF and PDPL is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
